Where floor track is fitted onto soft carpets, it is be nessasery to cut channel into the carpet and fit floor liner in order to have a solid foundation for the floor track and the SOFTclose to function. In sliding door systems with three doors, the promotion only applys for left and right door only. Middle door is normally not fitted with SOFTclose.
